Late last night, before heading out to a photography job, I whipped up a batch of The Londoner’s Skinny Breakfast Ice Cream. Blended frozen berries, bananas & coconut milk combine together to make a really naturally sweet and delicious frozen yoghurt that tastes far more indulgent than it actually is. I wasn’t planning on taking a photo of it but once I had taken it out this morning, topped the two bowls with pistachios and flaked almonds, I had to whip them out from under everyone’s noses to capture their loveliness.
